It admits to its two-year PGP through CAT and to its five-year IPM, with 150 domestic seats in 2026, through its own IPM AT. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya runs MBA programmes at IMS (founded 1969), IIPS and other schools, with admission through CUET-PG counselling. Private options include Jaipuria Indore (NIRF 101-125 band), Prestige Institute (PIMR), NMIMS on the Super Corridor and Medi-Caps.
